The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to support our customers with CNC machine installations and software-related troubleshooting. This hybrid role combines remote technical assistance with on-site support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
\nProvide technical support for CNC machine installations, including initial setup and configuration.
\nDiagnose and resolve software issues related to machine operation and control systems.
\nCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to address complex technical challenges.
\nConduct on-site visits when necessary to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
\nOffer training and guidance to customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
\nDocument all support activities, including issue resolution and service reports.
\nWhat We're Looking For:
\nProven experience in technical support, ideally within the CNC or manufacturing industry.
\nStrong understanding of CNC machine operations and related software.
\nAbility to diagnose software issues.
\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.
\nWillingness to travel when on-site support is required.
