\nThe Company\nA fast-growing ad tech company that provides cutting-edge solutions for publishers. They are expanding in the US and need a Technical Support Manager to help manage publisher integrations, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless ad operations.
\nThe Role\nThis fully remote role requires working US hours (EST 9-5) while reporting to the UK team. The Technical Support Manager will be responsible for handling publisher queries, troubleshooting ad-serving issues, and ensuring inventory launches successfully. Only candidates in the UK will be considered, ideally London. Although this is a remote position - there is an expectation that you will have to work from the office in the coming months - please only apply/contact us if you are in the UK with full working rights.
\nBe the first point of contact for publisher technical support, resolving issues efficiently.
\nWork closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize ad server configurations (GAM experience required).
\nProvide business-as-usual (BAU) support, with a focus on ad delivery and platform performance.
\nCommunicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve revenue blockers.
\nInitially work US hours, with flexibility to adjust as the US team grows.
\nTechnical experience in ad tech, ad operations, or programmatic advertising.
\nStrong knowledge of ad servers (GAM essential).
\nBackground in a hands-on operational or technical support role.
\nIndependent and proactive, comfortable handling client-facing queries.
\nAble to work fully remote on US hours (EST 9-5).
\nFirst stage - Informal introduction.
\nSecond stage - Roleplay + industry-related questions (assessed by the technical team).
