We are looking for a Technical Support Officer/ Administrator to assist the licensing department at a Local Authority based in Hertfordshire.�
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process incoming enquiries regarding licensing�
- Complete relevant administrative tasks, for example validating applications and updating databases
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with license holders and applicants�
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a similar customer service and administrative role�
