Technical Support & Training Engineer

A key client of mine who are a manufacturer of life safety control systems are on the look out for a Technical Support & Training Engineer to join their growing team.

This role will be primarily home based with travel expected across the South of England.

Key requirements:

• Fire industry experience
• Understanding of fire alarm systems
• Previous experience with comissioning or servicing fire systems

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver product training to both staff and customers
• Provide telephone, email and field support to customers and staff
• Develop and improve training
• Assist in validation of new products
