Technology & Innovation Department Manager
A leading business services organization is seeking an experienced Technology & Innovation Department Manager to lead their technical development, innovation, and IT support functions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive automation initiatives while managing a dynamic team that supports both internal operations and our partner's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a multi-functional technology team, managing workload distribution and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Drive automation initiatives using UiPath and Power Platform, including the development of Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision making
• Oversee internal IT support operations and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless technical operations
• Maintain governance frameworks and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in IT management or process automation roles
• Strong proficiency in UiPath, Power BI, and Power Platform, including DAX expressions and data modeling
• Demonstrated leadership experience with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
