The Technology Business Partner for Caring Services will gather and provide a complete real-time understanding of Digital and Technology change needs within the Caring Services directorate. This will involve liaising with and reporting back to CS's representatives to provide clear visibility of relevant engagements and projects across the Technology Directorate, including documenting and prioritising initial engagements and ideas, sharing the status of projects, costs, and an overall view of the roadmap of change and the Technology delivery pipeline into Caring Services. You will be responsible for:
- Providing a Technology Business Partnering service:  Stimulate, shape and support the demand for Digital and Technology products, services, and change engagements whilst enabling stakeholders to request, prioritise and oversee relevant changes and projects. 
- Delivering change:  The Technology Business Partner must initiate and oversee changes that bring measurable improvements for their stakeholders 
- Providing oversight of Technology engagements and changes:  Working with key stakeholders in Technology to ensure that clear visibility of all engagements, changes, and projects is provided to the client directorate's representatives
- Manage partnerships:  The Technology Business Partner will directly manage relationships between key stakeholders and Technology.  They will own the senior and executive level relationships, drive collaboration to deliver improvements whilst ensuring a joined-up and consistent approach to change 
- Governance communications:  The role holder is accountable for ensuring that, through our stakeholders, our clients understand and have access to, all relevant digital and technology strategies, design principles, policies and standards
- Strategy: The Technology Business Partner will horizon-scan for new relevant technology innovations or opportunities whilst influencing strategic change to be in line with organisational goals, through the application of digital practices and technologies, to drive improvements and change.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in building and maintaining business relationships
- Proven track record of adding value to projects and products
- Excellent communication skills 
- Gravitas and persuasion skills to influence senior stakeholders
- An innovative and strategic mindset
- A strong understanding of project support and ITIL structure
- A good understanding of Digital functions and processes

Salary: £38,324 - 51,000 depending on experience (plus £3,500 London Weighting if applicable)

Based:  This is a hybrid model with 1 day per week working from our modern open-plan offices in Embassy Gardens in London.
