An established MSP and Microsoft Partner business now into the early stages of their high growth journey to build and expand to a 50M T/O business!This offers the opportunity to join at this exciting time where newly created roles like this Project Manager position are being newly created. Plus this offers the chance to become the Head of Project Management and to establish PMO/PM services better and build a team around you as success grows.What they need...They require an experienced and adaptable Project Manager who's had experience working right at the outset to meet manage the client around a projects milestones and its billing elements From here its working with the internal teams, and the customer from project kick offs to manage both the key stakeholders, your internal teams and the project itself through to solutions and service build/deployment.As a successful MSP working in the SME / SMC sectors Split across Managed IT services and Professional IT services, you will offer customers a best in class technology project management services and be given the opportunity to share your voice on how projects might be better run, as well as all the templates and project documentation piece.Projects can/will include...- EUC/Desktop- Microsoft 365/MFA/Conditional Access/AVD-Cloud Services- Azure / Private Cloud / Data Center- Security (Microsoft Defender, Endpoint)- Device Management (MDM, Intune)-Networking (Routing, firewalls)-Project Transition + change ( in/out of service/BAU)What do you need...-Solid Project management experience in a similar IT services environment-Ideally have; infrastructure, cloud, workplace or networking project experience-Be PRINCE 2 qualified (*practitioner ideally)-Have great stakeholder management and relationship building skills-Have full UK RTW already-Have dealt with SME and SMC size customer organisationsIn return you will join this growth focussed technology services organisation building their Microsoft profile and other vendor partnerships, investing in their technical staff via certification pathways and embarking on driving forward their commercial and technical operations to build a best in class teams where you can develop your career, build on your personal growth and create a future with an organisation that will invest in you.For more information reach out to myself, Jamie Elliss for a confidential conversation
