Job Purpose:

As a Technology Solutions Manager at Kingdom, you will oversee the technological needs of the company, identifying and implementing innovative software solutions to support various services and departments. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure technology drives efficiency, improves client relationships, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Technology Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports Kingdom’s business objectives across all divisions, including cleaning, security, and recruitment.



  • Software Solution Identification:

    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for different services and departments.
    • Identify and recommend software solutions that improve service delivery, customer engagement, and internal operations.
    • Manage relationships with software vendors and ensure smooth implementation and integration of new systems.



  • Innovation and Process Improvement:

    • Lead the innovation efforts within the company by exploring new technology trends that can benefit operations, client service, and business scalability.
    • Continually assess and improve existing software platforms, focusing on cost-effective and efficient alternatives.



  • Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage the implementation of new technology initiatives from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Work with end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new technology solutions.



  • System Integration and Optimisation:

    • Ensure the integration and compatibility of new software with existing systems, including accounting, HR, and operational tools.
    • Optimise the current system landscape to reduce inefficiencies, minimise manual work, and enhance data management.



  • Data & Reporting:

    • Design and implement reporting systems that provide insights into operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
    • Ensure all technology solutions are compliant with data protection regulations.



  • Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to internal teams on newly implemented systems, ensuring ease of use and adoption.
    • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication for ongoing technical support across the organisation.



  • Vendor and Budget Management:

    • Manage technology-related budgets and expenses.
    • Evaluate and negotiate with technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective procurement.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Experience working in a service-based industry is desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms and experience in selecting or managing off-the-shelf solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
