Telecommunication Engineer

Role: Telecoms Provisioning Engineer

Location: Coleshill, UK

Salary: �30,000 - �35,000 per annum

We're looking for a Telecoms Provisioning Engineer to join our clients team, managing the setup and delivery of broadband, VoIP, PBX phone systems, and network services. You'll play a key role in provisioning and configuring our clients telecom solutions, including NEC, Avaya, 3CX, and Horizon VoIP systems, ensuring seamless deployment for business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision and configure VoIP, PBX phone systems, broadband, and Wi-Fi networks
• Manage the setup of SIP trunking, call routing, and network infrastructure
  Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service activation
• Handle customer requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues and coordinate technical resolutions
  Maintain and update provisioning records and documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in telecoms provisioning for VoIP, PBX, broadband, and networking services
• Strong understanding of SIP trunking, call routing, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with NEC, Avaya, 3CX, and Horizon VoIP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
• Strong communication skills, working with customers and vendors to ensure smooth delivery
