Telehandler

Job Title: Telehandler
Location:

East of England, Cambridgeshire, Wisbech

3-4 weeks 
Salary:

£19 - £20 Per hour

Job Duties:

- Operating a telehandler to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites

- Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently

- Performing daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks

- Following all health and safety regulations and procedures

- Assisting with other tasks on the construction site as needed

Required Qualifications:

- Valid CPCS or NPORS telehandler certification

- Proven experience operating a telehandler in a construction environment

- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a telehandler in a construction setting

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional certifications in machine operation or construction

- Experience working on a variety of construction projects

Working Conditions:

- Work is primarily outdoors on construction sites

- May require lifting and carrying heavy materials

- Must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines

- May involve working in varying weather conditions
