Our Contact Centre is staffed by highly skilled and experienced telemarketers who are supported by onsite Trainers providing continual professional development and support. We foster a supportive working culture and staff are motivated to meet targets through feedback and incentives.�



Team works with a range of customers across the public sector, private sector and third sector. Our telemarketing experience is broad including surveys, lead generation, awareness raising, appointment setting, database building and more.�



Job Specification�



As Telemarketing Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.�



Duties and responsibilities:��



Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers.�



Progression Prospects:�



The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures�



Skills and experience:�





  • experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.�




  • Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)�




  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director�




  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner�




  • Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice�




  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines�




  • Self-motivated�







  • Work well within a team and as an individual�
