Monday To Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary - �22,796.00 - �27,242.00
BASED IN COVENTRY
My client offers competitive compensation, including base salary plus commission.
Day to day duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Introduce and promote products or services to customers over the phone
• Follow scripts and guidelines to effectively communicate product information and benefits
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of calls and interactions in Salesforce or other software systems
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

About you:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of success
• Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
• Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
