Our client is a luxury hot tub distributor that has seen incredible growth over recent years. To maintain this growth our client is looking for an experienced telesales advisor to upsell to existing customers.

Role Overview:
As an experienced telesales professional, you would be responsible for contacting recent customers to sell hot tub service appointments, maintenance and cleaning products.
In addition to this, you will offer great customer services and friendly advice about the up keep of the product.

Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for existing customers, providing effective solutions to customer issues
• Book engineer visits to service hot tubs
• Deliver excellent customer service, including product knowledge, practical advice, empathy and patience
• Up sell cleaning products and other accessories
• Manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the company, applicable to your skills and experience.

Skills and Experience:
• Excellent computer skills to enter data and maintain company CRM
• Confident phone manner
• Proven experience performing outbound telesales
• Ability to work under pressure and towards sales targets
