Role Overview
As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting our property services. You will play a key role in increasing our sales and lettings portfolio by building strong relationships with prospective landlords, tenants, and property buyers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including landlords, vendors, and property investors.
* Promote our sales and lettings services, booking valuations and appointments for our agents.
* Follow up on warm leads and inquiries to convert them into business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to support overall business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
