Location:�Nottingham (office based - NOT REMOTE)



The Role of Telesales Executive




  • This is an office based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociable team.

  • Office hours are 8am-5pm

  • You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

  • This role is a mixture of business development outbound calls as well as handling incoming enquires.

  • You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling service contracts.

  • This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training

  • As Telesales Sales Executive you will make out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits

  • You will use your relationship building skills to development relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers.

  • You will be provided customer details via a CRM which will will use to help organise you and update accordingly.

The Requirements of the Telesales Sales Executive




  • Telephone sales experience is advantageous

  • Our client will also consider customer service backgrounds, retail, hospitality, automotive sales or B2C (customer engagement backgrounds).

  • You must have an excellent telephone manner.

  • �25,000 - �28,000

  • �10,000 uncapped - paid monthly
