An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join a growing, driven telecoms provider based in Fareham. They are looking to recruit individuals who are sales focused and have a passion for making money!

Benefits:

  • Salary up to �30,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commission (OTE �65,000 per year)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to cold leads
  • 80 150 dials per day
  • Lead Generation: Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads using company database and purchased leads.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with new clients.
  • Booking sales meetings to discuss VOIP products to prospective clients
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets through outbound sales calls
  • Maintain detailed records of closed leads and ongoing client interactions.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, especially in telecoms or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage workload priorities, use initiative and to deadlines.
  • IT literate - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • The ability to use own initiative
