As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by securing high-quality prospect appointments for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).





Key responsibilities:






  • Make outbound calls to generate appointments for BDMs, aiming for at least 80 calls per day.

  • Contact all campaign and BDM prospect data to identify new business opportunities.

  • Gather detailed information on potential opportunities and update CRM and BDM calendars accordingly.

  • Meet daily and weekly appointment generation targets.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect details, ensuring timely CRM updates.

  • Regularly update and maintain internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate with BDMs and the Sales Manager to align on objectives and strategies.

  • Promote company products and services, clearly communicating their benefits to prospective customers.





Ideal Candidate:






  • Previous experience in outbound telesales, ideally contacting businesses or consumers, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish positive relationships.

  • Highly target-driven, with the ability to engage with key decision-makers and effectively communicate the value of our services.
