Our client is seeking a confident and results-driven Temporary Telesales Executive to support their outbound sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong telephone manner, excellent sales skills and the ability to generate leads in a fast-paced environment.



Telesales Executive Key Responsibilities:




  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Use marketing techniques and networking to attract potential clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.

  • Promote high-quality candidates across various industries.

  • Work towards and achieve set targets, including calls, meetings and sales conversions.

  • Maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline development.

  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close deals.



Telesales Executive Experience and Skills Requirements:




  • Previous experience in outbound sales or telesales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial.������� �������� �
