Gap Construction are currently recruiting for experienced Telescopic forklift drivers to work on a number of projects across Cambridgeshire.

Telescopic Forklift Drivers duties

• Prepare and position the machine for safe and effective operation.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure the machine is in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure the accurate and precise execution tasks.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Telescopic Forklift Driver Specification

• Valid CPCS card or NPORS card
• Must have full PPE.
• Minimum two years on site experience in a similar role.
• Be able to provide two checkable references.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform manual tasks.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
