Temp - Perm Receptionist in Guildford

In this role, you'll be the warm welcome every visitor anticipates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests on arrival, ensuring they feel valued and at ease.
• Managing the visitor sign-in and sign-out process to maintain a secure environment.
• Overseeing and organising all contractors booked for work in the building, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
• Monitoring deliveries for all companies in the building and ensuring timely receipt.
• Managing parking spaces efficiently, including coordination of electric charging spots.
• Serving as the main point of contact for general inquiries, staying informed about all building activities.
