Temporary Administrator required in Garrett's Green, B33. 
We are seeking a reliable Temporary Administrator to start immediatley with our client based in the Garrett's Green area.
This role will be temporary for a minimum of 1-2 weeks however, this could be extended. 

Duties:


  • Assisting with the compilation of customer and branch statistics
  • Answering telephone calls and creating job instructions on the order system
  • Processing completed work orders
  • Updating customer portals
  • Checking that all written orders received have been created on the order system
  • Identifying chargeable items from work carried out
  • Ensuring customer price brands are maintained
  • Reporting all problems, complaints and faults to the Operations Manager
  • Providing administration support to the Operations Manager, typing up reports and taking minuets
  • Filing and achieving documents and ensuring the filing system is up to date
  • Assisting with the input of secondary jobs passed from the control desk
  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties to meet the needs of the branch

Skills & Experience Required:


  • Proficient using all MS applications including Excel.
  • Strong administration background is essential
  • Good telephone manner
  • Must be reliable

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hours unpaid lunch break) 
This role is a a temporary role.
