Days/Hours: Various shifts available
Hourly rate: �12 per hour
My client are looking for experienced bar staff and mixologists to join their busy bar team at a luxury hotel in Ashford.
This role is a temporary role with various shifts available.
duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Provide excellent customer service at all times ensuring guests have a memorable experience
- Maintain a clean and well organised bar area
- Assist with stock replenishment
- Be up to date with the latest cocktail trends
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Create welcoming environment
Skills:
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
