This role is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller who is enthusiastic and detail-oriented, to contribute significantly to a not-for-profit organisation within the Accounting & Finance department, located in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining credit control processes, ensuring the financial stability of the organisation.

Description

Manage and maintain the credit control process
Perform credit checks and set credit limits
Handle customer queries and resolve any financial discrepancies
Produce and send out monthly statements
Liaise with other departments to ensure timely payment of invoices
Prepare reports on account statuses for senior management
Support in the budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulationsProfile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Understanding of financial regulations and legislationJob Offer
