Job Advert: Temporary Evening Administrator - Worker Check-In & General Admin
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised individual to support with worker check-ins and general administrative tasks on a temporary basis.
Training (from 8th May): £12.85 per hour
From 12th May onwards: £13.20 per hour
Hours:
Training: 8th May - 10th May, 7:15pm to 10:30pm (must be available for all training dates)
Week 1: 12th May - 18th May, 8:30pm to 10:30pm
From 19th May: 5:00pm to 10:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Checking in temporary workers at the start of their shifts
Recording attendance and shift details accurately
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Acting as a point of contact for any queries from workers during check-in
Ideal Candidate:
Punctual and dependable with excellent timekeeping
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident working independently during evening hours
Basic computer skills and experience with admin tasks preferred
