As a vital member of their team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Your daily tasks will include:

• Performing reception duties that keep the front of house running smoothly.
• Greeting customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming emails and calls with efficiency.
• Preparing beverages to make customer experiences exceptional.
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

They are seeking someone with:

• A friendly and approachable demeanour, ready to greet customers with a smile.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in reception or customer service roles, although not mandatory.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, particularly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9am to 5pm.
