Temporary Head of HR

Are you a strategic, people orientated leader with excellent coaching and facilitation skills?

Do you have significant Talent Management experience and are skilled at leading significant programmes of change?

We have registered this fantastic temporary role with our impressive and innovative client! Working closely with their Executive and Senior Leadership teams to drive their people plan, you will also be managing team the HR team.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Head of HR Responsibilities

• Leading on strategy and talent development
• Leading the HR team
• Reviewing and implementing policy and procedure
• Monitoring and improving diversity and inclusivity
• Implementing a robust and creative talent plan
• Overseeing employee relations and learning development

Temporary Head of HR Requirements

Alongside previous experience as a Head of HR, you will also have the following:

• Ideally be CIPD level 7 qualified
• Experience leading on strategy, and driving key programmes relating to people strategy
• Strong leadership, that is nurturing, inspiring and trusted
• Prior experience as a line manager
• Exceptional communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
