We're seeking a Temporary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's vibrant office in the heart of Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle scheduling and appointments, keeping the office running smoothly.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the team and enhance productivity.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, embodying our commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with a knack for multitasking.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus!
