Temporary Risk Administrator - Immediate start

Location: Tonbridge
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: �12.79 per hour

We are looking for a Risk Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing administrative support to the Risk Management Team across key areas such as Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records to ensure compliance across departments
• Assist with risk assessments, inspections, and safety checks
• Support the administration and coordination of contracts and budgets
• Liaise with staff to arrange meetings, audits, and compliance checks
• Manage general enquiries, emails, and documentation
• Monitor health & safety tasks and ensure timely completion

What We're Looking For:

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in an administrative role
