Title:�Temporary Works Coordinator

Location:�North Wales (just outside of Chester)

Duration: Until May 2025



Position Overview:



As a Temporary Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of temporary works on our construction sites. You will ensure that all temporary works are planned, designed, implemented, and dismantled safely and efficiently, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement temporary works strategies in collaboration with project managers and engineers.

  • Design and Review: Review and approve temporary works designs, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Site Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary works on site, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

  • Compliance: Ensure all temporary works comply with relevant health and safety regulations, codes of practice, and company policies.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all temporary works activities, including designs, approvals, and inspections.

  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and coordination of temporary works.



Qualifications:




  • Minimum of 3�years of experience in temporary works coordination within the construction industry.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Temporary Works Coordinator Training, CSCS card).

  • Strong understanding of temporary works design and management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
