Tenancy Progression Coordinator - Stratford (Hybrid working 2 days in the office) - £28,000 to £37,000 DOE
My client, a successful and renowned Housing Association, are actively seeking an experienced Tenancy Progression Coordinator to join their team in Stratford on an agile working basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team where you will progress and coordinate tenancy applications for the London Living rent team offering customer affordable homes for rent, on secure tenancies with the option to purchase via shared ownership or outright sale.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, self-motivated, target driven and with an interest in the London property market and prior Lettings Administration/Property Management experience is required.
Responsibilities:

  • Progress and coordinate tenancy applications for the London Living Rent team.
  • Managing and maintaining up to date records on the progress of each file.
  • Managing the customer databases, ensuring records are up to date and accurate
  • Maintaining a database of live applications and progression of files through the lettings process efficiently to minimise void periods and maximise income
  • Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
  • Dealing with incoming lettings enquiries
  • Supporting the tenancy referencing process
  • Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
  • Ensure all completed files adhere to internal policies and procedures as well as any external regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Providing support to the Lettings and Property Management teams and improving the customer move in journey.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in Lettings Administration/Property Management position
  • Knowledge of the London Lettings market
  • Ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaboration skills and able to demonstrate stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word

Package:

  • £28,000 to £37,000 Dependant on Experience

Salary: £28,000 to £37,500 DOE
