Salary: £17/£18 an hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with tenants and addressing their complaints. Candidates must have experience in housing or letting agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high-quality service by liaising between the Client, Tenant & Liberty staff

Understanding tenant requirements

Support the reduction in complaints

Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers

Manage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagem0ent

Support the wider Liberty team in managing customers and improving customer experience

Engagement with field and work planning teams

Ensure all customer details on all systems are accurate to keep clients updated

Requirements:

• Experience in housing or letting agencies..


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
