Tenant Liaison Officer

I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Shepshed area, to work on a permanent contract for a well established social housing contractor.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:

• Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
• Communication with the contractors
• Access requests
• Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues.

I am looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer who has:

• Experience in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
• Experience in a similar role within social housing
• Have a full UK Driving Licence
• Strong IT and Microsoft skills

In return, the Tenant Liaison Officer will receive:

• �25,000 to �30,000 per year
