Morson Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our key infrastructure clients for an experienced Design Manager . This exciting opportunity will see you lead and manage design consultant deliverables across a major construction project. As a key member of the Technical Services team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring design activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with contractual and regulatory standards.
This position offers the chance to work with an established project delivery team and collaborate across multiple disciplines, including engineering, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
Role Summary: As Design Manager , you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the design process — from consultant oversight and document control through to compliance monitoring and technical assurance. You will also be the project's technical lead in the absence of an Engineering Manager, providing expert input to ensure the seamless integration of design solutions with project goals.
