Tender/ Proposals Specialist

Location: England

Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Remote

We're looking for a Tender Engineer / Specialist to join our client providing services for the Offshore/Subsea sector.

Must have UK Right to Work

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality tender / PQQ submissions
• Manage ITT/RFQ requirements.
• Write proposal documentation with information from relevant departments.
• Pricing tenders and producing cost estimations to ensure the most commercially competitive proposal is achieved.
• Identify deliverables and collate tenders in full
• Attend tender meetings and addressing tender clarifications.
• Handover the tender efficiently to operation and project teams.

Requirements

• Experience working on the full tender life cycle, including pricing (Ideally in the subsea sector - preferably ROV / Diving / Survey)
• Good Commercial awareness (experience pricing high-level tenders)
• Can occasionally travel to HQ in North West England or Scotland
