A growing Orthopedic Implant Medical Device Manufacturer & Distributor is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for the North Thames area of England (North London & Anglia). You will take complete ownership of the territory, managing sales cycles from end-to-end & have a significant impact on overall company revenue.THE COMPANYA budding orthopedics SME with a talented sales team is moving to its next phase of growth. They have opened a new office abroad this year and are looking keep adding great talent to their team in the UK.THE ROLEAchieving sales goals in the designated territoryFollowing company objectives and guidelinesCollaborating with the National Sales Manager for guidanceManaging the entire sales cycleSetting objectives and sales planningImplementing sales activitiesRegularly reviewing results and adjusting the plan accordinglyDirectly selling their productsTargeting Orthopedic Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision makersOptimizing customer serviceSupporting the acquisition of new customersLeveraging technical expertise in the designated territory80% of the time in the fieldKEY EXPERIENCE NEEDEDExperience selling Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical products.Demonstration of over-achieving sales targets consistently.Experience building successful commercial relationships with either Consultants, Nurses, Buyers, Doctors, GPs, Clinical Staff, or Surgeons.Preferably hold a degree in Medicine, Bio-Sciences, Physiotherapy or related field of study.Strategic thinker & planner, energetic, motivated to go above sales targets.THE BENEFITSUp to £55,000 base salary£20,000 on-target bonus% commission on territory growth£9,000 car allowancePrivate medical careWorking with & selling an innovative product portfolio.Strong learning & development pathway - supported by a commercial excellence team.Get hands on with the products, demonstrating to Surgeons, whilst having full control of the sales cycle.Sizeable territory with ample opportunity for new customer acquisition and leveraging existing accounts.THE INTERVIEW PROCESSInitial 45 minute talent interview1 hour conversation with Hiring Manager15 minute presentation to an interview panelCompetency sales assessmentOffer!HOW TO APPLYDo you feel like this could be a great fit for you?
