THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-known, UK based manufacturer of medical devices used every day in hospitals throughout the country. Their history dates back to the 1940's and the company has grown into a world-wide organisation with a revenue of circa $1.3billion. Their UK business is divided into three focused product categories, enabling the sales teams to become specialists in their fields whilst also having the opportunity to develop new skills by moving into other areas of the business.THE ROLE:As the Territory Manager, you will sell a range of market leading infusion pumps and vascular access devices. In this fully autonomous role where you'll have complete ownership of your accounts, you'll use your commercial aptitude and relationship building skills to network throughout different departments and maximise sales opportunities within the accounts. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with clinical end users such as anaesthetists and intensivists, also dealing with EBME and procurement departments.Requirements · Experience of selling equipment or devices to NHS trusts· Expert knowledge of the NHS procurement and tender processes· Experience of selling infusion pumps would be a real asset· Consultative, solution focused sales skills· A hungry and determined attitude to grow business within accountsThe Package for the Territory Manager role:· Basic: £45,000 - 55,000 depending on experience· Bonus: 30% on target earnings (uncapped)· Car: Fully expensed company car· Benefits: 6% Pension, healthcare, company benefits portal with access to discounts and memberships, 25 days holiday + statsCULTURE: You will be joining a professional and motivated team that is led by a very motivational manager who wants to help people become the best they can be!
