Let s make history together Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Komet Dental products to new and existing dental professionals within the assigned territory Develop and implement strategic sales plans driven by clear KPIs to attain and exceed budgeted sales targets through detailed customer segmentation and market analysis. Proactively engage new and existing customers through cold calling, presentations, and product demonstrations, focusing on fostering long-term relationships and providing exceptional product knowledge, customer service and support. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Organise and participate in local and national trade events, seminars, clinical meetings, and educational courses to promote products and network within the industry. Regular travel within the territory is required, which may include prolonged periods of driving and overnight stays. Skills and Competencies: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or medical device industry, with a consultative sales approach to understanding and meeting customer needs. Strong understanding of dental products and services, particularly rotary instruments and endodontic systems. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to navigate complex sales environments and achieve targets Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferable A valid full driver s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or relevant sales experience. Advanced training or certifications in dental or medical sales are advantageous. Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, with a preference for candidates with experience in the dental or medical device industry with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
