Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven management skills with a focus on performance optimisation and team development.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• A strong change agent who can lead and drive process improvements.
• Skilled in conflict management and business negotiation.
