Job DescriptionTest Engineer - Colchester - £30 - £35k Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality of engineering products?Join a dynamic team as a Test Engineer and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering standards to their customers.Ideally, this role would suit an Engineering Graduate with two years of experience seeking a varied role that will combine hands-on engineering with producing reports and offer huge personal development.Key Responsibilities:Planning, preparation and execution of tests and reporting of results.Maintaining and prioritising a varied workload that complies with timescales and deadlines set in the laboratory work programme.Reporting on the progress of projects on a weekly basis.Undertake customer-witnessed test programs.Produce and modify existing standard operating procedures (SOP)Maintaining an awareness of new and current test standards.Provide technical support to the factory and sales staff.On-time execution and completion of product testing and providing test reports for sign-off.Qualifications:BSc Engineering.LabVIEW experience is desirable.Must have practical ability, good initiativeStrong communication skills, you will be required to communicate and prove product quality to the customer.Experience working with AC electrical motors, along with a knowledge of electrical engineering ideal.Experienced with control circuits and PLCs.Acoustic & vibration measurement & analysis.Great company benefits, including an early finish on Fridays!Apply now and take the next step in your career as a Test Engineer.
