The Testing Practice is experiencing ongoing growth and success. To support this momentum, we are looking for a seasoned
Senior Test Manager
to lead and help shape new services and solutions for large-scale, multi-year execution managed services (EMS) programs across various sectors, including banking and financial services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading global teams, working directly with clients, and specialising in the financial industry, particularly in custody banking and payments. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders are essential. You will be tasked with delivering innovative, industry-specific testing solutions and collaborating with technology and domain specialists. Some international travel will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Test and QA Director in responding to RFPs and developing client propositions.
Oversee test delivery across EMS programs, which may include platforms such as Oracle, Workday, Guidewire, Salesforce, MD365, and custom client applications, supporting a range of high-profile engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in delivering transformation programs, especially within banking and financial services, covering test strategy, automation, SIT, E2E, UAT, CUAT, and non-functional testing.
Expertise in custody banking and payments.
Experience managing global testing programs in a client-facing role.
