About the Company:Join the Test Technician team in the exciting forward-thinking team specialising in the aerospace communications industry.Responsibilities for the Test Technician:Work closely with expert teams across innovative product portfolios.Test products for mechanical and thermal sub-system and system-level functionality, safety, compliance, and performance.Assemble test setups and conduct prescribed tests.Compile reports on findings and test data, providing recommendations for improvements at a technical or procedural level.Ensure test equipment is maintained according to the schedule and remains in good working order.Write and analyze reports effectively.Solve challenging problems and deliver to project deadlines.Build excellent relationships and work collaboratively within a team.Technical Requirements for the Test Technician:Proficiency with test procedures and protocols.Knowledge and experience with testing equipment, specifically thermal vacuum chambers, laser scanners, climatic chambers, and tensile test machines.Excellent report writing and analysis skills.Strong problem-solving aptitude.Ability to deliver projects to deadlines.Team player with excellent relationship-building skills.Relevant skills and experience in a similar test technician role.Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.Pay range and compensation package for the Test Technician:In return they can offer a salary between £30k-£40k, however, there is flexibility on this depending on levels of experience.To apply for this Test Technician role or similar positions, contact Ammar.
