Test Technician

Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Basildon, Essex. We are recruiting for Test Technician as part of Documentation Department. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established company.

Test Technician role will involve executing comprehensive test protocols as part of

\n

the commissioning of production lines assembled prior to formal customer acceptance testing. Ensuring the equipment functions as designed by following a detailed set of mandated tests and reporting the results for the project team for review and action to support Project Managers and Engineering Technicians.

\n

The role will initially focus on performing tests on machines within factory using pre-prepared test protocols to support the verification process of the machines. This is intended to provide consistency in the testing approach from one to the next, whilst also learning how each machine operates

Test Technician job specification:

\n

\n
• Execute generated test protocols
\n
• Completing all relevant test documentation
\n
• Reporting the incidents, deviations or failures identified during test execution
\n
• Reporting on executed tests and outcomes
\n
• Provide feedback and identifying improvements to the test processes to improve efficiency
\n
• Liaising with customers validation teams during Factory Acceptance and on-site testing
\n
• Responsible for maintenance and calibration of test equipment
\n

Test Technician Essential requirements:

\n

\n
• Formal engineering qualification
\n
• MS Office including MS Word/Excel
\n
• A good understanding of automated equipment and machinery
\n
• Previous experience of formal testing
\n
