Urgent temporary requirement
This is an immediate start requirement for someone to perform basic test on electronic equipment. As part of the production team, you will be plugging the manufactured units into the bespoke test equipment. The procedure will require measuring appropriate outputs against the set inputs to produce the final reports. From this you will need to not only identify faults but also recommend the necessary repairs down to modular and board level. The equipment will then either be passed on to the next stage or sent back for repair with your recommendations.
This is a small and friendly team at a long-established electronics manufacturing company. Initially this will be for a period of up to 2 months with the real possibility of being extended after that time.
Full product training will be given. Applicants must have at least 4 years working within an electronics manufacturing environment with at least 1 to 2 years of that being spent within a test or technician role.
