Position: Theatre Team Lead

Pay: up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits and paid enhancements

MediTalent are seeking a Theatre Team Lead to work for our client - a leading healthcare provider to work in their State-of-the-Art Private Hospital based in Crawley. This renowned private hospital offers an extensive range of procedures ensuring you an engaging caseload to oversee/ aid in the care of. This role is managerial however will still utilise your clinical skills, providing balance and hybridity to you.
As a Theatre Team Leader you will need to be NMC/HCPC registered as a nurse/practitioner/ODP. You will demonstrate strong communication skills and have several years' experience in a senior or lead role.
You will act as a mentor for more junior team members and help to train and develop them. You will ensure that hospital policies and procedures as adhered to and that top patient care is given at all times.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid NMC or HCPC pin number and ideally have a mentorship certificate. In exchange you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and career development.
