About the role Our TPA practice is a dynamic national group of individuals who work across a broad range of sectors and who deal with traditional assurance requests through to challenging new areas where we continue to push boundaries. As part of our growing national TPA practice, we are seeking a dedicated Quality & Risk (Q&R) Director to support us as we evolve and embed the consistent practices required that are fundamental to our market aspirations. Overall, the role will require the creation, evolution and maintenance of the tools, templates and practices required from a risk and quality perspective. This will be applicable to core standards including, ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, ISAE 3410, SOC1 & 2 and ISRS 4400 and evolving standards such as ISSA 5000. To be successful in this role you will need will have the following skills and experience: Undertaking final review of working paper files, key deliverables and ensuring file quality meets assurance, ISQM1 and internal requirements for quality. For less complex reviews, being the responsible individual for the issued opinion, performing final sign off of the file and key deliverables, and being accountable for adherence to quality requirements. Understanding of risk management and internal control importantly how this is applied in an assurance capacity for sustainability-based reporting, and ensuring this is communicated to and understood by the engagement team Strong track record of understanding the market, proactively understanding client needs and the potential impact of changes, and the ability to communicate this to existing clients and targets to deepen relationships and successfully convert business opportunities Strong project management skills and a track record of successful delivery, including the development of team members and supporting internal progression Expertise in leading and developing teams successfully, creating an environment for collaboration, knowledge sharing and creative thinking to drive continuous improvements.
