Location:�Bolton (Egerton)

Hours:�Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible working patterns available)

Salary:�From �23,500 (Dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced�Third-Party Claims Specialist�to join a dynamic and growing team in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in�Third-Party claims handling or credit hire�who is seeking career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of�Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims


• Effectively prioritize and handle your claims portfolio


• Investigate liability by liaising with various departments and external stakeholders


• Handle�complex cases, including high-value claims and liability disputes


• Work closely with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies


• Identify and refer fraudulent activity


• Deliver�outstanding customer service�and ensure a smooth claims process

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience�in motor claims handling (for higher salary range)


• Excellent�customer service�and communication skills


• Strong�attention to detail�and ability to work efficiently


• Ability to�build relationships�with clients and external partners


• CII Certificate�(or willingness to work towards it, fully supported)


• Minimum�GCSE Grade C or above�in English and Maths (or equivalent)
