Working hours: 08:00-17:00

Brief Description of Job Duties

• Setting and operating thread rolling machines to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure precision and adherence to client requirements.
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure consistency and quality of output.
• Conducting machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance to optimize performance.
• Performing quality checks using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any machine or production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience setting and operating thread rolling machines.
• Strong understanding of thread rolling processes.
• Reading and interpretation of drawings.
• Using precision measuring tools.
