TIG Welder

Our client is Renowned for high quality design and manufacturing of aluminium grilles, diffusers, and louvres. as well as providing comprehensive sheet metal fabrication and powder coating services to achieve architectural finishes.

TIG welder required to fabricate sheet metal products (aluminium, stainless steel, brass) to exceptional standards.

Position: TIG Welder 

Hours: Mon – Fri 08.00-16.20

Location: Wickford

Pay: From £12.50ph - £13.20PH Dependant on experience

Overtime: Paid x1.33 weekdays and x1.5 on Saturdays.

Type: Temp to Perm 12 weeks

Duties- But not limited to:

• Fabricate sheet metal products (aluminium, stainless steel, brass) to exceptional standards.
• Execute internal manufacturing processes to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Contribute to housekeeping tasks as necessary.
• Demonstrate flexibility in performing various roles within the department.
• Comply with Health & Safety and Company regulations.
• Provide support to colleagues in the department or other production areas as needed.
• Undertake any additional general factory tasks as required.

• Calm and meticulous, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing workloads in a dynamic environment.
• Possesses a flexible, can-do attitude to accommodate increased volumes and peak seasons.
• Experienced in sheet metal manufacturing within a fast-paced production setting.
