TIG Welder

Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering company, located in Alford, Lincolnshire. Due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on various materials, such as aluminium and steels, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.


• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards.


• Using precise measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.


• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience within TIG welding is essential.


• Familiarity with aluminium work and the ability to fabricate components from raw materials.


• Able to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay: �17-19 per hour (Depending on experience) (Equivalent of �35k-�39k per year)
