TIG Welder

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a respected client in Mansfield who is looking for a skilled TIG Welder & Fabricator to join their team. Main Duties:

• Weld thin sheet metal and stainless steel to a high standard
• Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding and fabrication
• Prepare components for welding, weld to quality standards, and self-inspect your own work
• Contribute to process improvements for increased efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and prepare components for welding
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Shift Pattern:
This is a rotational shift role with the following patterns:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
